The Role

• Targeted and planned Business Development
• Developing strong professional relationships with clients/candidates
• Generating professional networks within the sector
• Identifying and securing Technical/Skilled Candidates
• Screening and processing appropriate Candidates
• Successfully placing and managing Contract and Permanent Candidates

The Person
• Minimum 12 months recruitment experience (white collar)
• Interest in/knowledge of build and construction
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Decisive and confident manner
• Great networker
• Fun, vibrant personality
