Our client has a friendly and supportive environment where they encourage their staff to become real market experts and grow their patch with a quality focus. You will deal with Candidate Sourcing, Cold calling, Relationship Building, Client and Candidate visits, Advertising & Networking. The person our client will take on will become a market specialist in one particular market and will be expected to grow a desk around their niche sector.
As a recruitment consultant you will have on target earnings of $70,000 - $100,000 in your first year, $80,000 - $120,000 + in your second year, and in the third year the sky is the limit! (The most successful established recruitment consultants are earning serious 6 figure salaries).
As a company my client thinks it is important to maintain a healthy balance between working hard and having fun. This is why they organise monthly and quarterly incentives and activities.
Quarterly Activities are for the whole company and involves an afternoon celebration when you hit targets. Recent activities have included weekends away.

What we are looking for
•A least one year Sales experience is essential/ or previous work within recruitment
•Proof of hitting targets and KPIS regularly and exceeding targets
•Articulate phone manner
•Someone who is looking to take a step up from a sales job into a sales career
•Graduate is desirable however not essential
