You are someone who thrives on the detective work “behind the scenes” tracking and finding those special candidates. You develop good relationships within your chosen sector and continue to keep in touch with key people throughout their careers.

Some are operating in niche sectors in particular Oil and Gas and IT. All offer great salaries, training and scope to progress when you are ready.
A typical day:-
- Supporting up to 3 Senior Recruitment Consultants
- Developing strong relationships with key clients
- Generating a network of highly skilled candidates
- Tracking industry human capital movement
- Making initial contact with appropriate candidates
- Generating weekly client reports
- Around 12 month’s + previous relevant experience
- Interest in research and investigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Consummate professional at all times
- Strong reporting aptitude
- Desire to professionally develop
